Mr James Scott-Mitchell – Chairman

James has over 35 years’ senior management experience in distribution, project development and financing.

James established Allenbank International Pty Ltd in 1997, and previously worked for Hoyts Theatres Ltd. He has 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance, including experience in project financing, company funding, initial public offerings, investment evaluations, due diligence and structuring.

His business activities have focussed on energy generation, waste management, transportation and natural resource management.

He was formerly the Vice-Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia’s Operating Committee, and is also a member of The Futures Foundation and The Sydney Institute.  Mr Mitchell is currently a Director of Kulinda Property Group Limited and has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and developmental capital.

Mr Phil Pryor – Director

Philip’s formal educational qualifications and working background include being awarded a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University Melbourne and he is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.
Philip has over 30 years of work experience as a senior executive in the ASEAN region and Australia. This work experience has enabled Philip to develop a strong business network within the region. When travelling and working overseas Philip resides in Malaysia as his office and business centre are located there.
Over the past twenty years of his working career, Philip has been a Director of listed and private companies in the UK, SE Asia and Australia.
Philip was previously the regional Managing Director for SICPA for over nine years, which is a large privately owned Swiss company, where he was the senior executive responsible for the Asia Pacific region which included China, India and the ASEAN countries. Company turnover in the region was over $US100 million per year.

Mr Alan Gao – Director

Mr Gao holds a Master of Engineering Degree from the University of Melbourne.  He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in finance from the University of Melbourne.  Mr Gao has graduated with first class honours and has been involve in an exchange program with the Carnegie Melon University.

His expertise includes senior management levels in Australia and South East Asia and covers businesses in Information Technology, Heavy Manufacturing and the Resource Sector.  Alan plays an essential role for the company in its management of business opportunities throughout Asia.  He is a director of UMS Resources.
